PCMflash Модуль 91 — ЭБУ Mercedes-Benz CRD3/CRD3P

Модуль 91 предназначен для работы через диагностический разъём и «на столе» с дизельными ЭБУ Delphi CRD3/CRD3P автомобилей Mercedes-Benz. Поддерживается чтение, запись, проверка и коррекция контрольных сумм FLASH, чтение и запись EEPROM, возможно клонирование ЭБУ.

Что нужно для работы

Для работы с программой требуется совместимый J2534-адаптер — рекомендуем Сканматик 3.

Работа возможна как через диагностический разъём автомобиля (OBD), так и «на столе» — для прямого подключения к разъёму ЭБУ нужен boot/bench-кабель (например, фирменный Сканматик TunerWire для Сканматик 3, 2 Pro и 2) или разветвитель.

Для работы на столе удобно использовать разветвители: SUPER BOX в комплектации FULL (с двумя кабелями DB25 — с толстыми контактами и с тонкими контактами-прищепками) или MAX (FULL + коммутационная плата для изменения распиновки и подключения измерительных приборов), PowerBox for PCMflash и CombiBox для PCMflash. Разветвители подают питание и сигнал BOOT на ЭБУ автоматически по команде PCMflash.

Единоразово необходимо приобрести электронный ключ PCMflash, без которого программа не работает. Ключ отдельно не продаётся.

Активация PCMflash

Первая активация. В архиве «Инструкция и ПО для первичной активации ключа» находится программа GRDTRU. Сформируйте в ней файл-запрос на обновление ключа и пришлите его на почту mail@eobd.ru с указанием номера вашего заказа.

Важно: не формируйте новых запросов и не переставляйте ключ в другие ПК до окончания активации. После получения файла-обновления (update) вставьте его в GRDTRU и пришлите нам полученный последний файл-ответ (answer). После этого запустите программу PCMflash, в настройках вставьте специальный код из нашего письма и нажмите кнопку «Активация». После перезапуска программой можно пользоваться. Ключ можно использовать на любых ПК.

Вторая и последующие активации модулей. Оформите заказ и укажите только серийный номер вашего USB-ключа PCMflash — файл-запрос от GRDTRU присылать не нужно. После получения кода активации зайдите в настройки программы PCMflash, вставьте код и нажмите кнопку «Активация».

PCMflash Module 91 — Mercedes-Benz CRD3/CRD3P ECUs

Module 91 works via the diagnostic connector and on the bench with Delphi CRD3/CRD3P diesel ECUs of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. FLASH reading, writing, checksum verification and correction, EEPROM reading and writing and ECU cloning are supported.

Requirements

A compatible J2534 adapter is required — we recommend Scanmatik 3.

Works both via the vehicle diagnostic connector (OBD) and on the bench — a direct connection to the ECU connector requires a boot/bench cable (e.g. the genuine Scanmatik TunerWire for Scanmatik 3, 2 Pro and 2) or a breakout box.

For bench work, breakout boxes are convenient: SUPER BOX in the FULL kit (with two DB25 cables — with thick pins and with thin clip pins) or the MAX kit (FULL + a breakout board for re-routing pinouts and connecting measuring instruments), PowerBox for PCMflash and CombiBox for PCMflash. The breakout boxes switch the ECU power and the BOOT signal automatically on PCMflash's command.

You must purchase the PCMflash key once, without which the program does not work. The key without modules is not for sale!
In the event of a key loss, the modules are not restored. You must purchase the key and modules again.

PCMflash activation

First activation. The archive "Instructions and software for the initial activation of the key" contains the GRDTRU program. Create a key update request file in it and send it to mail@eobd.ru with your order number.

Important: do not create new requests and do not move the key to other PCs until the activation is complete. After receiving the update file, insert it into GRDTRU and send us the resulting answer file. Then launch PCMflash, paste the special code from our email in the settings and click "Activate". After restarting, the program can be used. The key can be used on any PC.

Second and subsequent module activations. Place an order and provide only the serial number of your PCMflash USB key — there is no need to send a request file from GRDTRU. After receiving the activation code, open the PCMflash settings, paste the code and click "Activate".
